The Yocan Armor battery is one of the few devices from the company designed for the 510 cartridges. The Yocan Armor battery recharges by the micro-USB port. Moreover, the battery obtained modest and compact shapes, so it would be convenient to use it while the distance from home. Besides, the Yocan Armor battery enables the variable voltage mode and preheat function. This device helps improve the vaping experience, permitting to use of the disposable prefilled cartridges and empty reusable cartridges.
The battery employs modest shapes with compact [78mm by 14mm] dimensions. The pen-sized case of the Yocan Armor battery features six color options. The dab pen employs a 51O thread on the top for the cartridge connections. The case holds no display, just a single firing button and a LED indicator on the front. To the right of the button is the charging micro-USB port. The Armor battery resembles the design of the eponymous version Yocan Armor wax pen but employs a couple of functional features.
The battery features a power of 350mAh and recharges through the micro-USB port. The battery recharges fully in one hour. The built-in microchip allows the battery to operate in different power ways, creating the following variable voltage settings: 2.5V, 3.0V, and 3.5V. For convenience, the LED indicators display the active voltage mode. Furthermore, the Armor battery employs the preheating method. The preheat mode keeps the optimal temperature, which avoids combustion, prolonging the cartridge life span.
The Armor 51O battery, unlike other concentrate vaporizers, matches the preheat mode. Whit the active preheating way, the coil is heated instantaneously and will maintain the optimum temperature [400-420F]. Moreover, this original heating method allows the filler to be heated at an optimal temperature, thereby avoiding combustion. Besides, the battery preheats mode lasts ten seconds, and it will also extend the life of the coil and produce a clean, better taste.
